Recently I saw a film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel for the elderly and beautiful and it reminds me a lot of the first session Customer Management.  The film is about this group of British retirees.  They are enticed by advertisements about the newly restored Marigold htl and given false dreams of a life with leisure.  The new environment is less luxurious than imagined.  The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel is not what they expect.  The phones are out of order, birds in rooms, no doors,  mattresses dirty and shabby rooms, the building itself is dilapidated and needs a make over.  And the Indian food is not quite what they are used to.  Hotel needs badly refurbishment and restoration.  When they arrived in this htl they got the fright of their lives.  In the brochure it was beautiful where you will forget your troubles and worries but upon arrival.  Surprise ?  It reminded me of the Sofitel Hotel example.  Watch this film its beautiful though :))
