- I have been employed in tourism for the past 23years with Malta Tourism Authority. Mainly my work involved direct contact with customers within the Tourist Information Centres, getting feedback, handling complaints and offering all assistance to visitors. Recently I have taken up a post within the Communications & PR Directorate as Executive Secretary, assisting Manager responsible for the Tourist Information Centres. More experience was gained during a 2 week work placement in the UK.
