Victoria, this is true that TV antennas are removed but they are being replaced with Satellites, Photovolateic Panels and Solar Heaters!

A great article, St James Hospital becomes first Shape Centre of Excellence in Europe. I think that this is a good promotion for Medical Tourism in Malta!

TV antennas are removed by the Vittoriosa local council. I think that this is a very good initiative, and other local councils should follow such a good example! Read more on: http://www.timesofmalta.com/articles/view/20120608/local/Clear-skie...

Sites worth going through. Kindly share and promote.

We all benefit by preserving the natural dark sky rhythm. If we could convince the Maltese Islands Authorities to work and legislate in favour of dark skies over our Islands we will also be able to promote our environment as a healthier and more sustainably managed resort and attract tourists interested in Astronomy, those who enjoy star gazing, health conscious tourists etc.
